What we store about you

  • The fields you typed in: the name she calls you, your gender, biological sex and age, your level, your safe word, your interest levels, your hard limits, your inventory, your routines and tasks, your goal and standing rules, your custom Domina configuration.
  • Generated artifacts: session plans, session text, summaries, generated images, AI Studio images.
  • Operational data: your tier, whether the account has been suspended, the date you joined, and when you were last active.
  • What you paid and when. We never see or hold your card number.

The most sensitive of those are encrypted with a key derived from your PIN, so we cannot read them. Your profile details, your sessions and your images are not. See PIN and Privacy for the exact split.

Your rights

  • See it: download a JSON of everything via Data export.
  • Take it back: delete the account; we wipe it after 30 days unless you cancel.
  • Change it: edit your profile, fetishes, limits, and inventory at any time. Username changes go through support.

If the app says it is reconnecting

Being sent back to a loading or sign-in screen does not mean you were signed out.

  • A Reconnecting screen, or a thin banner saying MISTRIX is reconnecting, means the app cannot reach us for a moment, usually because we are putting out an update. You are still signed in, what you are writing is kept, and the screen clears itself.
  • On the sign-in screen, a message that MISTRIX is unreachable is not a wrong password. Wait a moment and try again.

You are only really signed out when you land on the welcome screen.

What you cannot change yourself

  • Username. Globally unique and audit-relevant; contact support.
  • Email. It is the address you sign in with. There is no form for it in the app; contact support.
  • Past session text. Once a session is complete, the text and summary are part of the record.
