Data Export

You can download a JSON file holding every personal record MISTRIX keeps about you, at any time, no questions asked. This is your right under GDPR Article 20 (data portability) and MISTRIX honours it as a self-service action.

How to export

  • Open You > Privacy & Security.
  • Tap Export my data. The row reads Preparing export… while it is put together.
  • Your browser saves a JSON file with your username and the date in its name. The name still starts with blink-, which is what the app used to be called, so search for that if you cannot find the file.

There is no limit. You can re-export as often as you want.

What is in the file

Everything we hold under your account:

  • Your profile: name, gender, biological sex, age, tier, level and XP, Charm balance, language, and the dates on the account.
  • Your fetish map, including how your interests have shifted with use.
  • Your hard limits.
  • Your inventory.
  • Your safe word.
  • Your personal Domina(s) and their personality settings.
  • Your sessions: plan, text, summary, rating, dates.
  • Your chat messages.
  • What she remembers about you.
  • Your generated images, and your AI Studio images and videos with their prompts and whether you published them.
  • Your routines, your one-off tasks, and what you completed.
  • Your Chaster connection, if you have one.
  • Your Charm ledger, your referrals and your referral discounts.
  • Your Expose posts, votes and reactions, and your Findom settings.
  • Your reports and suggestions.
  • The devices you paired, the commands she sent them, and the messages still waiting to reach them.

What you cannot read directly

Some of it comes out readable and some of it comes out locked. Anything your PIN locks stays locked in the file. We cannot open it, so the export cannot open it either. To read those parts outside the app you would have to unlock them with your PIN yourself.

Locked in the file: your chat history, your fetish map, your hard limits, your inventory, your safe word, your goal and standing rules, and the title and instruction of your routines and tasks.

Plain and readable in the file: your profile details, your sessions and their summaries, your AI Studio prompts, the schedule and completion record of your routines and tasks, and everything she remembers about you. Her memories are not locked with your PIN, so the export writes them out as text you can read.

That is not a problem in practice, because the readable version of all of it is in the app, on the screen it belongs to, once you have unlocked with your PIN. The export is for keeping a copy, checking what we hold, and answering a regulator.

What is not in the file

  • Other users (you do not have personal records on other people in MISTRIX; the app is single-player).
  • The image and video files themselves. They are listed with their prompts and dates, not packed into the JSON.
  • Your email address. It belongs to the sign-in step rather than to your MISTRIX records, and you already know it.
  • Credentials: what your devices need to receive her messages, and the access we hold for your Chaster account. Those are secrets, not records about you.
  • Billing details. Invoices live on the billing page you reach from You > Plan > Subscription.

File size

Typical files are a few hundred KB to a few MB. Heavy AI Studio users with many generations can produce larger files, because every generation is listed with its prompt.

Privacy after export

Once the JSON is on your device, it is your responsibility. Treat it as sensitive. The export contains your username, every session you ever ran, the locked copies of your chat history and your most sensitive settings, and, in plain readable text, your profile details, everything she remembers about you and every AI Studio prompt you wrote.
