Chat limits on Free

Two different limits can stop you mid-chat, and they look alike on screen. This page keeps them apart.

  • The free message allowance is a Free-plan limit. It refills over time, and Charms or Premium clear it.
  • The hourly and daily ceiling is a spam guard. Every plan has one. Paid plans sit higher, but no plan removes it, so mostly you wait it out.

The card in the chat tells you which one you hit. "Free messages used up" is the allowance. "Chat limit reached" is the ceiling.

The free message allowance

On Free you have 2 messages ready to send. They refill over time: one comes back about every minute, back up to 2.

It is one allowance across every Domina you talk to, not 2 each.

Premium and Premium Plus have no message allowance at all. This limit exists only on Free.

What does not use it up

  • Every message inside a session. Once a session is running, the allowance is not touched until it ends.
  • The safe word. Always available, at any count.
  • A session timer going off, and the start of aftercare.
  • A reply that failed. You only pay for messages she answered.

Regenerating a reply does not use a message either, but she will not regenerate while the allowance is empty.

When it runs out

The chat shows a card headed Free messages used up with a countdown to the next one. The message you typed is put back in the input box, so you can send it when the clock lands.

You have four ways forward:

Option Cost What you get
Wait free The clock on the card. Messages come back one by one.
+25 messages 5 Charms 25 messages added on the spot.
Day Pass 15 Charms Unlimited messages until midnight, your local time.
Upgrade to Premium subscription No message allowance at all.

Both Charm options are paid from your Charm balance. If the balance is too low, nothing is charged and you are asked to pick up a bundle first. Messages you buy sit on top of the free allowance and stay on your account until you send them.

Seeing what is left

Open the Overview menu in the chat header. The Free plan panel at the top has a Messages row: how many you have left, and a live clock to the next one. The two Charm buttons sit right under it.

While a Day Pass is running, that row reads "Day Pass, unlimited until midnight" and the buy buttons are hidden.

The hourly and daily ceiling

This one has nothing to do with being on Free. It is a spam guard, and every account has it.

Plan Messages per hour Messages per day
Free 90 250
Premium 120 no daily limit
Premium Plus 120 no daily limit

A running Day Pass counts as a paid plan here: 120 an hour and no daily limit for as long as it lasts.

Unlike the allowance, this ceiling counts everything - messages inside a session, and messages you paid for.

When you hit it

The chat shows a card headed Chat limit reached. It says whether it was the hourly or the daily count and counts down to when you can send again. There are no Charm buttons on this card. On Free it points at Premium, which raises the hourly number and drops the daily one. When the clock ends, the chat simply carries on.

Anything you already bought is not lost. Purchased messages and a running Day Pass are still there and send again the moment the timer ends.

On Free you have to work at this one. The allowance alone cannot get you near 90 messages in an hour, so it normally takes a long session or a few Charm top-ups inside the same hour.

Two much shorter pauses

Same family, seconds rather than hours:

  • One at a time. Send again while she is still writing and you get a short notice instead of a second reply.
  • Two seconds between messages. Tap send twice in a row and a small notice asks you to wait.

Neither costs you anything. Send again.

Which card is which

The card says Which limit What clears it
Free messages used up The Free allowance Waiting, Charms, or Premium
Chat limit reached The hourly or daily ceiling Waiting, or a paid plan's higher ceiling
