Charms¶
Charms are the in-app currency. You buy them in bundles, and you can also earn them by inviting friends. You spend them on actions inside features you already have. Buying or spending Charms does not change your tier.
What you can spend Charms on¶
- AI Studio generations past your free allowance. Once your daily free points no longer cover what you are generating, the cost comes off your Charm balance instead. Each slot has its own Charm cost, and you see it before you generate. See AI Studio.
- AI Studio video. A clip costs 10 or 20 Charms depending on which of the two options you pick. It is paid the same way as an image: free points first, then your balance.
- The pictures she sends in chat. When she offers one and you tap Generate, it costs 2 points, or 2 Charms once the points for the day are gone. The card tells you which before you confirm.
- Findom charges. When findom is enabled and your Domina demands payment, the cost is in Charms. If you pay, the Charms are deducted from your wallet. See Findom.
- More chat messages on Free. 5 Charms adds 25 messages, or 15 Charms buys a Day Pass, which lifts the allowance until midnight your local time. Both come out of your balance only; neither touches your daily free points. See Chat limits on Free.
- Buying past a blocked app. If you turned on the Charms route out of an app block in the companion app, the toll is paid in Charms. You set the amount yourself; it starts at 25. See App blocking.
Buying a bundle¶
- Open Account > Buy charms, which opens the Shop.
- Pick one of the three bundles: Starter pouch (50 Charms), Velvet purse (150) or Black coffer (500). Each card shows the price and the price per Charm, so you can compare them.
- The checkout page opens. Pay by card. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. There is a field for a promotion code if you have one.
- The Charms land in your wallet once the payment goes through.
Bundles are not refundable once delivered. If you bought a bundle by mistake (wrong size, wrong account), contact support promptly - there is no automatic refund flow. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the Charms come off your balance again.
Seeing your balance¶
The Charms balance is shown:
- On the Account screen, under the Buy charms row.
- In the Wallet card at the top of the Shop.
- In the small chip in the AI Studio header.
- On the findom charge card, while a charge is open.
Every purchase and every spend is kept as a running history, and your data export includes it.
Spending Charms¶
Spending is one tap. The action that costs Charms shows the cost before you confirm:
- AI Studio: the Generate button shows the Charm cost when your free points no longer cover it.
- Chat pictures: the confirm card says whether this one is free today or what it costs.
- Findom: the open charge sheet shows the Charm cost before you tap Pay.
- Chat messages on Free: the two buttons in the Free plan panel carry their price.
If your balance is below the cost, the action button turns into a prompt to buy a bundle and nothing is charged.
Charm life cycle¶
- No expiry. Charms you buy stay on your account.
- You can also earn them. The Invite & Earn section of the Shop pays 10 Charms to you and 10 to your friend for each invite that counts. See Referrals.
- A failed action is refunded by itself. If a generation fails, a video job gives up, or a message top-up cannot be applied, the Charms go back to your wallet. You do not have to ask.
- A refunded purchase is reversed. If a bundle payment is refunded or charged back, the matching Charms are removed from your wallet.
- No tier link. Charms survive tier changes; cancelling Premium does not consume them.
- No transfer. Charms cannot be sent to another user or moved to another account.
A note on responsible spending¶
Charms are real money. The wallet is designed to make spending visible, but it cannot stop you from buying bundles you cannot afford. If runaway findom spending is a concern for you, leave findom off (it is off by default). See Findom.
