Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling¶

Everything to do with your plan sits in one place: the Subscription row under Plan in Account. It shows the plan you are on now.

Your plan	What the row opens
Free	The plan chooser, with both paid plans side by side.
Premium or Premium Plus	The subscription screen: change plan, change your card, see past invoices, cancel.

Payment runs on a separate checkout page. Card details are typed there and never inside MISTRIX.

Upgrading from Free¶

Open Account > Plan > Subscription.
Pick Premium (€15 a month) or Premium Plus (€25 a month).
The checkout page opens. It has a field for a promotion code, unless a referral reward is already being applied to this checkout. In that case the discount is on it from the start and there is no code field.
Pay.
You come back to a short confirmation screen. Your new plan is normally live a second or two later.

What you keep:

Your sessions, history, level, XP, and Charm balance.
Your fetish interests, hard limits, inventory, and PIN-protected data.
Your chosen preset Domina.

What changes:

The daily session cap is gone. Free is one session per 24 hours.
The free message allowance is gone. Nothing to wait for and nothing to top up. The hourly spam guard stays, at 120 messages an hour, and the daily one drops away. See Chat limits on Free.
You can create a personal Domina: one on Premium, up to three on Premium Plus.
More chat models become selectable. Classic is on every plan; Quicksilver and Velvet need a paid plan.
Your daily free AI Studio points go from 3 to 10, or to 30 on Premium Plus.
Character shots for your personal Domina become available.
You can hold 10 active routines instead of 4 (20 on Premium Plus), she can mark a routine done for you, and routine history opens up from this week to the last four.
Open tasks stop being capped at one at a time.
She can freeze a chastity timer, and High notification frequency becomes selectable.

Upgrading from Premium to Premium Plus¶

Same row, but it opens the subscription screen rather than a fresh checkout page. You see the exact amount and a confirm step before anything is charged. The new plan applies as soon as the change goes through. You do not have to do anything else.

What you keep: everything, including your existing personal Domina.

What changes: you can create up to two more personal Dominas, your daily free AI Studio points go to 30, and your active-routine cap goes from 10 to 20.

Downgrading from Premium Plus to Premium¶

Done from the subscription screen, with the same confirm step. The Premium limits below apply from the moment the change goes through.

What you keep: every personal Domina you have made. None of them are deleted, they stay in your list, and you can still switch which one is active.

What changes:

Premium allows one personal Domina, so creating a new one stays blocked while you still hold the ones you made on Premium Plus.
Your daily free AI Studio points go back to 10.
Your active-routine cap goes back to 10. Routines over that number are not removed; you just cannot add another until you are under it.

Downgrading to Free¶

There is no separate "move me to Free" button. Going back to Free means cancelling, which is covered in the next section. The change takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, not the moment you confirm.

What you keep: your account, chat history, session history, level, XP, Charms, fetish interests, hard limits, and everything you made in AI Studio.

What changes:

You go back to one session per 24 hours.
The free message allowance comes back, and with it the lower ceiling of 90 messages an hour and 250 a day. See Chat limits on Free.
Your chat model goes back to Classic. Your old pick is remembered and comes back if you subscribe again.
Your daily free AI Studio points drop to 3. You still generate, and she still sends pictures in chat; you just get less of it for free.
The public gallery shows you the 30 newest posts instead of all of them.
Your personal Dominas are still on your account, but Free chats with a preset Domina instead. The app asks you to pick one if you have not already.
Active routines are capped at 4, she stops marking them done for you, and routine history shows the current week only.
You hold one open task at a time.
She can no longer freeze a chastity timer. Unfreezing is never gated, so a timer she froze while you paid can still be released.
High notification frequency drops back to Normal. Your choice is remembered for the next time you subscribe.

Cancelling¶

Cancel from Account > Plan > Subscription. Cancelling does not cut your access off there and then. It schedules the subscription to stop at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your plan in full until that date.

After you cancel¶

The next time you open the home screen, a card headed Before you go appears. There is no countdown on it and it does not block anything. It tells you:

The date your current plan runs until.
That your next invoice is 20 percent off if you decide to stay. The discount is offered once per subscription, so it will not be there if you have taken it before, or if your subscription already carries a discount such as a referral reward. In that case the card simply offers to continue without one.

You have two choices on the card:

Button	What happens
Stay Premium / Stay Premium Plus	The cancellation is undone straight away and your subscription carries on. If the discount was on offer, it is applied to your next invoice.
Keep my cancellation	The card disappears and your cancellation stands.

Keep my cancellation hides the card for good on that device. It will not come back, on that device, even if you cancel again later. Your access is untouched either way, and you still keep your plan until the date shown.

Once that date passes you become Free. You can subscribe again at any time, and your personal Dominas are still there.

What happens to your Charms¶

Nothing. Charms are separate from your plan.

A tier change never adds, removes, or freezes Charms.
Charms do not expire.
You can still spend them on Free, for example on AI Studio generations past your daily allowance.

What happens to what you made¶

Nothing you made on a paid plan is deleted when your plan changes.

AI Studio images and videos remain in your own gallery, whatever plan you are on.
Personal Dominas are never deleted by a plan change. Their names, settings, portraits, and history stay put.
Finished sessions and their summaries are not deleted by a plan change.

A plan change limits what you can make and use next. It does not take away what you have already made.

If a payment fails¶

A failed renewal does not drop you to Free on the spot. Your plan keeps working while the payment is retried. If it never goes through, the subscription ends and you become Free.

Update your card from Account > Plan > Subscription.

Refunds¶

MISTRIX does not issue automatic refunds. For specific cases such as an accidental double payment or a cancellation right after a first charge, contact support. If a charm purchase is refunded or charged back, those Charms come off your balance again.
