Tiers and Charms¶
MISTRIX has three plans and an in-app currency called Charms. Plans unlock features and set your daily allowances. Charms pay for one-off actions, on any plan including Free.

Charms¶
Charms are the in-app currency. You buy them in bundles, and you can also earn them by inviting friends. You spend them inside features that already exist - a Findom charge, AI Studio once your free points for the day are gone, the pictures she sends in chat, extra chat messages on Free, or buying your way past a blocked app.
- You can see your balance in Account settings and in the Shop.
- Charms never expire.
- If something you paid for fails, the Charms go back to your wallet by themselves. There is no refund for an action that worked.
- Buying Charms does not change your tier.
- Cancelling Premium does not consume your remaining Charms; they stay on the account.
Billing¶
You pay by card on a separate checkout page. Card details are never typed inside MISTRIX.
Open Account > Plan > Subscription to change your card, look at past invoices, or cancel. See Upgrading and downgrading.
